(salón, habitación, etc) e que estea composto por 8-10 estacións. En cada
estación debedes deseñar un exercicio ( skipinng, abdominais, nocellos,
sentadillas, flexións de brazos, etc...)</span></div>

exercicios para circuíto atopades un montón de actividades que podedes

especial no que imos ter que estar todos recluídos nas nosas casas podemos
